Rates & Insurance

Therapy requires both a time and financial commitment, in which we are investing in our overall well-being. My hope is to provide each client with a reasonable cost for services. I can work with you to discuss options to make therapy financially viable. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.

Rates

• Initial intake: $180

• Couples sessions: $180

• 53+ minute session: $180

• 42-52 minute session: $160

A discount may be applied on sliding fee scale based on gross household income.

Insurance

Your insurance plan may cover part or all of the fees for your service. Please verify coverage with your insurance company, as every plan differs on the type of benefits and coverage. Insurance may not cover some types of therapy including co-parenting therapy and couples therapy, so it is important to verify this with your insurance plan prior to starting therapy.

Payment

Co-pays and private pay fees are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA cards. Payment can be made in the office or through the secure client portal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions may be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. Cancellation fees are charged directly to the client and cannot be processed through insurance.
